Ellen Hass

“To be in touch, to stay in touch,” is Ellen’s mantra with her clients. It takes a smart, savvy and expert real estate professional to navigate the Center City, Philadelphia real estate market and to help clients seize the opportunity when it strikes. Whether you are buying or selling real estate, Ellen is just this agent. As a second generation realtor (her mother Babbie Nalle was a mainstay at Eichler & Moffley) she specializes in the sale of new and existing homes in Chestnut Hill, Wyndmoor, Flourtown, Ft. Washington, Blue Bell, Mt. Airy and downtown Philadelphia.

Ellen lives in Chestnut Hill with her husband, Jay. They both enjoy occasional visits from their three  grown children. Penn Steel

Penn Steel

As a Philadelphian, Penn has a new respect for the city and the homes in the various neighborhoods since becoming a real estate agent for Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty as a part of Kim Whetzel’s recently-formed team. Growing up in Chestnut Hill, Penn has a love of the neighborhood, knows his way around and has a genuine desire to keep learning about the area and the homes within. Teaming up with Kim, who has more than 20 years of experience in Real Estate, has provided Penn with a wealth of knowledge.  That same knowledge is what’s needed for Penn to break into Center City, Philadelphia’s real estate sector as a sales associate with ease and confidence.

Now a resident of Center City’s western/Rittenhouse area, Penn is looking forward to dealing both in the suburbs (Chestnut Hill, Flourtown and surrounding areas) and the various downtown neighborhoods.
