Kim Whetzel
Kim is a Philadelphia native with a great love of the area and a very rich and in-depth understanding of every aspect of the city and surrounding neighborhoods. She is a sales associate at Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty and founder of Team Whetzel and has over 25 years of real estate experience. She is a second-generation realtor. Her father Matthews Williams, co-founded Wheeler Williams in 1952, which was one of the original Main Line real estate firms. Kim specializes in Chestnut Hill, West Mt. Airy, Montgomery County, and The Main Line. Kim is a “people person,” she prides herself in her attention to detail and her keen negotiating skills. Her experience in sales began in the late 1970’s in the wholesale clothing business at The Eagles Eye and continued in the ‘80s in Institutional Investment sales at The First Boston Corporation.
Kim is passionately committed to the City of Philadelphia. She focuses her interest on education, the outdoors and the arts. She currently serves as a board member Springside Chestnut Hill Academy, the The Children’s Scholarship Fund, and Need in Deed. She volunteers annually at the friends of the Wissahickon and the Community Clothes Charity.

Ellen Hass
“To be in touch, to stay in touch,” is Ellen’s mantra with her clients. In addition to her real estate career, she is the board chair of the Morris Arboretum of the University of Pennsylvania and the President of the Henrietta Tower Wurts Memorial Foundation. She gives a portion of each commission to non-profits that benefit children’s education in Philadelphia.

Rebecca Morley
A Philadelphia native, Rebecca grew up in Chestnut Hill and lived downtown in both Rittenhouse and Society Hill. She currently resides in Wyndmoor with her husband Dave and their two young sons. Her experience, both living and working in Center City, gives Rebecca a strong understanding and appreciation of downtown Philadelphia and its surrounding suburbs.

Nanci Fitzgerald
Nanci Fitzgerald fell in love with Northwest Philadelphia the first time she drove down the cobblestone street affectionately known as “The Avenue.” A seasoned Realtor, Nanci transitioned from her roots in Bucks County to establish a twenty-year home in Chestnut Hill with her husband and two daughters. Recently, they found their new home in Lower Gwynedd, a space meticulously chosen to blend entertaining and family gatherings.
